We move flats, family houses, summer cottages and garages in Tallinn and anywhere in Estonia. The movers pack, take furniture apart, drive it over, put it back together at the new home and take the packaging away. If the new place is not free yet, your things can wait in storage. Work with a mover, driver and vehicle is billed by the hour, VAT included.

A home move is billed by time, not by distance: one mover with a driver and vehicle, two movers or a crew of 3–5. The first hour is the minimum, after that we count in 15-minute steps. Packing, dismantling and reassembly cost nothing extra; boxes and wrap are charged per the price list.

You can pack yourself or leave it to us. If our movers pack, they bring the materials and the work is charged at the same hourly rate.
Dishes and glass
Every plate and glass wrapped in bubble wrap, heavy items at the bottom. A standard box takes up to 20 kg.
Clothes
In the 502 × 502 × 1209 mm wardrobe box clothes hang on their hangers, straight from one wardrobe to the next.
Books and papers
Into smaller boxes or plastic crates, so the bottom holds and the box can be carried down the stairs.
Mattresses and sofas
Wrapped in stretch film so they stay clean in the van and the stairwell.
Mirrors and pictures
Corner guards and bubble wrap; in the van they travel upright between the furniture.
Children's things
A separate labelled box with bedding, toys and everything for the first evening: it gets unpacked first.
Packing is part of the rate
If you order packing, it is not a separate service. Boxes, film and tape are charged per the price list, delivery of materials is free and the boxes arrive flat.
Flat, house, cottage or garage
We pick things up from a home, flat, cottage or garage and take them wherever you need. The number of movers and the vehicle depend on the volume, the floor and the lift.
Flat moves
From a studio to a large family flat: boxes, furniture and appliances. The floor and the lift decide whether two movers are enough or a crew is needed.
House moves
A detached or terraced house including the cellar, attic and garden furniture. For large volumes, a crew of 3–5 movers and a truck of up to 90 m³.
Cottage and garage
Seasonal trips to the summer cottage and back, clearing a garage or storage room. Whatever is not going to the new home can leave with our old furniture or appliance removal.
Between two homes
The old flat must be handed over before the new one is ready: we take everything to storage, a unit rented by the day, one week minimum, and deliver it later.
100% Load safety
Damage that happens in transit is covered by insurance. Check your things while unloading, with the movers still there: we accept claims on the day of the service.

Terms of service
These terms apply to every order. Please read them before you book.
- All prices include VAT.
- The clock starts and stops at our Tallinn office; the drive to you and back is part of the hourly rate.
- Minimum charge 1 hour, then every 15 minutes.
- Prices are the same in every city; outside Tallinn a per-kilometre fee is added, lower for a 6 m³ van than for a 90 m³ truck.
- We name the exact sum after an inspection, since it depends on the floor, the lift and the volume.
- Cancelling or rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before the start; later, or a no-show, incurs a cancellation fee.
- Claims are accepted only on the day of the service.
- Payment on site once the work is done.
The price depends on the scope of work and conditions on site: we give the exact price in a quote.

Order materials with the move or a few days earlier, so you have time to pack yourself. Delivery is free and the boxes arrive flat.

How to prepare for a flat move
The bill grows with time, so every step done in advance saves money. A lift and a free parking spot by the door matter more than the distance.

Sort before you pack
Leave out of the boxes whatever is not going to the new home: old furniture and appliance removal can be added to the same request.

Pack and tape the boxes
Ready boxes cut the movers' time on site. Write on each one the room it is going to.

Arrange the lift and parking
Tell us the floor, the lift size and the distance from parking. A free spot by the entrance saves more than a shorter route.

Prepare the appliances
A day before, empty and defrost the fridge and drain the washing machine.

Avoid rush hour
The clock starts at our Tallinn office, so time stuck in city traffic also ends up on the bill.

Keep documents with you
Passports, keys, medicines and chargers in a separate bag that travels with you, not in the van.

For a single chair or parcel across town: the minimum is 1 hour and the clock starts at our office, so a courier is cheaper. We do not rent out a vehicle without movers, as the rate includes the driver and movers. We do not take night moves or jobs starting in a couple of hours; we work Mon–Sun 8–20. Items over 100 kg are priced separately.
