A floor costs more than a kilometre
Each bar shows how much time a factor adds to a single move. Kilometres are the cheapest line on this list.
Four steps from booking to invoice
Enquiry
You give the addresses, the floor, whether there is a lift and whether a van is needed. We give a range in hours.
Crew arrives
At the agreed time, not «some time during the day».
The work
Billed in 15-minute steps, so a started hour does not become a full one.
Payment
On site once the work is finished. For companies, by invoice.

Three things not worth booking from us
We say up front what we do not do. That way neither side spends time on the wrong enquiry, and you know who to look for instead.

A safe or a piano needs rigging or a crane, and the price is agreed separately.
Lifting with a crane
If the load has to go through a window or onto a roof, the right page is crane rental.
A permanent warehouse worker on contract
Our minimum is one hour and every booking is one-off. For a permanent worker, use a staffing agency.

Communication was sometimes a bit difficult due to limited language skills, but it did not affect the work. They even offered me a ride to the new apartment so we…»
Insanely fast work. 15 minutes after calling a guy come to take away our old furniture to the scrapyard. Had the best price out of the top 5 moving companies given on google. Very Polite service.
