A flat renovation usually needs a 6–8 m³ waste container; a house, roof or demolition 12–20 m³. Rental is for up to 3 days, transport is charged per kilometre (distance from our Tallinn office × 4), and disposal is charged by weight, at one rate for mixed construction and household waste and another for concrete, bricks and soil. Rental and transport prices include VAT.

What waste?
Concrete, bricks and soil are heavy: the container fills up by weight before it fills by volume, so a smaller size is enough. Garden waste and old furniture are light but take up a lot of space.
How much?
Flat 6–8 m³ · house 10–12 m³ · roof and demolition 15–20 m³. Not sure? Send a photo and we will suggest a size.
For how long?
The rental price covers up to 3 days. For a longer job we agree the period when you order.
What the container price includes
The price has three parts: rental, transport per kilometre × 4 and disposal by weight. We give the rental and transport price before you confirm the order; disposal is charged after collection.
⚠ Do not load the container above its sides — an overloaded container cannot be transported safely.
The price depends on the scope of work and conditions on site: we give the exact price in a quote.

Transport is charged per kilometre, VAT included. The distance from our Tallinn office is multiplied by four: the truck drives out to deliver the container and again to collect it. We give the exact sum for your address in a quote.
Yes, packed. Asbestos cement disposal is charged by weight and we take it to a licensed handler.
The waste is sorted and handed over to a licensed handler; whatever can be recycled is recycled. We are a registered waste handler, registration RE.JÄ/513434.
