The cost of a move abroad has two parts. Work in Estonia is billed by the hour: a mover with a driver and a vehicle, two movers or a crew. The price of transport to the other country comes in a quote once we know the volume, both addresses and the dates.

Long-distance transport takes longer than a move across town, and the load spends more time in the truck. So each group of items gets its own material; packing work is part of the hourly rate, materials are charged by the price list.
Dishes and glass
Each piece in bubble wrap, boxes up to 20 kg, gaps filled so nothing shifts on the way.
Mirrors and pictures
Corner guards and bubble wrap, transported upright. Stone and glass tabletops are packed the same way.
Clothes
Wardrobe box 502 × 502 × 1209 mm: clothes travel on hangers and arrive uncreased.
Furniture
Wardrobes and beds are taken apart, fittings packed separately, surfaces wrapped in stretch film.
Fridge and washing machine
Carried upright, the washing machine drum is secured before loading.
Electronics
TV, computer and monitor go in bubble wrap and a separate box together with their cables.
Packing list and inspection
Before loading we inspect your property and write a detailed list of all items. At the new home you can use it to check that everything was delivered.
Moving abroad from packing to unloading
A move to another country takes more planning than a move within Estonia: route, paperwork and insurance are agreed before loading.

These terms apply to every order. Please read them before you book.
- All prices include VAT.
- Transport to another country is priced separately for each request: it depends on the country, address, volume and dates.
- Billing for loading work starts and ends at our Tallinn office; the drive to you and back is part of the hourly rate.
- Minimum charge 1 hour, then every 15 minutes.
- Outside Tallinn a per-kilometre fee is added to loading work, depending on the vehicle.
- Items over 100 kg are priced by agreement.
- Cancelling or rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before the start.
- Claims are accepted on the day the service is provided.
- Work done in Estonia is paid on site once it is finished.
The price depends on the scope of work and conditions on site: we give the exact price in a quote.
Boxes and wrap for the long road
The movers bring materials with them at no delivery charge; boxes arrive flat. For a long-distance move it makes sense to buy plastic crates rather than rent them, since rent is charged per day.

Large furniture, the approximate number of boxes and anything over 100 kg: from these we work out the volume and choose the vehicle.
