- All prices include VAT.
- The price is the hourly rate for the movers and driver plus the vehicle rental; each request gets its own quote.
- The clock starts and stops at our Tartu office, Ravila 53c, 50411 Tartu. The drive to you and back is part of the hourly rate.
- Minimum charge 1 hour, then every 15 minutes.
- Prices are the same in every city. Outside Tartu a per-kilometre fee is added: lower for a 6 m³ van than for a 90 m³ truck.
- The price for items over 100 kg is agreed separately.
- Cancelling or rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before the start; later cancellations or no-shows incur a cancellation fee.
- Claims are accepted on the day of the service.
- Payment on site once the work is done.

We do not do night moves or jobs starting in a couple of hours: we work Mon–Sun 8:00–20:00 on a schedule agreed in advance. Damage noticed the next day can no longer be accepted.
