Stretch film, bubble wrap, tape and tools arrive with the crew — nobody has to drive out for packing materials.
Boxes from the same place
A standard box 580 × 380 × 400 mm costs 3.90 € and a wardrobe box 502 × 502 × 1209 mm costs 13.90 € each; we bring them on moving day.

From 25 € an hour, VAT included
There is no separate fuel, material or weekend surcharge. Outside Tallinn only the per-kilometre fee is added, depending on the vehicle.
Insured through Kominsur
Our operations are insured through Kominsur Kindlustusmaakler OÜ. Claims are reviewed on site on the day of the service.
Every vehicle on GPS
All vehicles run on Navirec: the route and the exact number of kilometres are visible, and the per-kilometre fee is calculated from them.
- A lift and a free parking space by the entrance affect the total more than the distance does: the same load moves noticeably faster with a lift than down four flights of stairs.
- Boxes packed and taped in advance shorten the time spent on site. If you order packing from us, that work goes into the same hourly rate.
- The minimum charge is 1 hour, after which we count in 15-minute steps. A short trip with a single wardrobe still costs at least one hour.
- Outside Tallinn a per-kilometre fee is added, and it depends on the vehicle: a 6 m³ van costs less per kilometre than a 90 m³ truck. Kilometres are counted by the Navirec GPS system, not estimated.
- The calculation starts and ends at our Tallinn office, so for a move within the city it is worth agreeing a time outside rush hour.

Each of our transport is equipped with Navirec GPS tracking system! You can know the route of the vehicle and the exact number of kilometers traveled.
Our Prices
The price for moving consists of hourly payment for our loaders with a driver and the price for car rental. The pricing is tailored to each request individually.

The calculation starts and ends at our Tallinn office address — the drive from the office to you and back is part of the hourly rate.
The minimum payment is 1 hour, after which the rate is calculated every 15 minutes.
For transportation outside of Tallinn, a rate per kilometer is added, depending on the selected vehicle.
For loads over 100 kg, the price is negotiated by agreement.
Cancelling or rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before the start; later than that, or a no-show, incurs a cancellation fee.
Client claims are accepted only on the day the service is provided.
Payment is due upon completion of the work at the location.
