Moving Heavy Objects

An hour of work with a mover, a driver and a vehicle starts at 25 €, VAT included. The minimum charge is 1 hour, after which we count in 15-minute steps; the clock starts and ends at our Tallinn office. Outside Tallinn a per-kilometre fee is added depending on the vehicle. We name the exact sum after an inspection, because it depends on the floor, the lift and the volume of your belongings.

Yes. A standard box 580 × 380 × 400 mm costs 3.90 € and a wardrobe box 502 × 502 × 1209 mm costs 13.90 € each; stretch film, bubble wrap and cushioning materials are also available. On request we do the packing ourselves, and that work goes into the same hourly rate.

We have offices in Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu and Narva and serve the whole of Estonia. A per-kilometre fee is added for moves outside Tallinn. We also handle international moves.

The duration depends mostly on the floor, the lift and whether things are packed in advance — distance matters less. We bill the actual time: a 1-hour minimum, then 15-minute steps, so a short move never costs you a full day. Our specialist gives a closer estimate after an inspection.

Yes, our operations are insured through Kominsur Kindlustusmaakler OÜ, and the insurance covers damage that occurs in transit. Please check your items right at delivery: we can accept claims on the day of the service.

Yes. If needed we take the furniture apart, transport it and assemble it at the new place — that work goes into the same hourly rate and is not a separate service.
