All prices are cited without turnover tax
The minimum payment is 1 hour, and after the first hour of work done, the rate is charged every 15 minutes
When ordering cargo transportation outside Tallinn, 0.65 €/km (minibus) / 0.75 €/km (van) is added to the price
The time counts from the moment of arrival until the end of the work. And when ordering outside Tallinn – from the moment of departure outside the city and before returning back
For international cargo transportation, the price is negotiable, but not less than 300 €
In case of a false call, the client must pay a fine in the amount of the full cost of the service
Payment to private clients only in cash

What kind of work can a Mover do?

A mover helps with loading and unloading things. For example, he can help to load the goods into the van, and upon arrival at the place it will help to unload everything and take it to the place.

What is the maximum weight you can carry?

Movers can carry cargo of any size or weight. And the maximum load capacity of 1 van is 1.5 tons.

What types of cargo do you not transport?

We do not transport dangerous goods.

What payment methods do you offer?

You can pay for the order either in cash or by invoice.

How to place an order correctly?

The most convenient way is to place an order by filling out the appropriate form on the website. Please specify the exact details – if a size of the order turns out to be larger upon the arrival of our employees, then we can either change the price or cancel the order by agreeing on another time, because fulfilling all orders on time is our priority. It is better to order at least 2 days in advance, but sometimes we can start work on the same day.

Do you offer a Packaging service?

Yes, you can pack things yourself or entrust job to us. In small quantities, we can wrap in film for free, but for large volumes, the packaging is payable. The prices of the packaging material are found here.

What guarantees do you offer?

We guarantee the safety of your belongings during cargo transportation if they have been packed well, so it’s better when you leave this with us.

Is it possible to change/cancel an order?

Yes, you can change the terms of the order 2 days before its execution by email info@movingexpert.ee.
